Okay, first thing first, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEVIANTART!
Whew, I've been here for like... roughly six years since I first holed up in this awesome site as stray cat trying to find something more to do in life.
I was tenth grader back then, and was drawing with pencil, ballpoint, and coloured pencil, with a little help from Paint
and now, I'm already a third year college student (and soon-to-be 4th year), drawing using pencil and pentab, and hasn't improved that much since I have tendencies to run away. I'm miserable, alright.
But honestly, Deviantart has inspired me sooo much to draw and to improve my drawings. I saw, did, learned tons of stuffs here,
I also made friends with some people I thought I'd never met. Okay, just too many things happened while I'm here, and I don't want these accumulation of experiences to end! Keep Shining, Deviantart!
Okay, time for feature! I like simple, so I'd just make this quick and painless!
The reason why I picked those above is because I like the melancholic feeling, nature (especially Lilac flower), and generous people who gives off such amazing stock! You rock, guys!
needless to say, these arts are beautiful, delicate, and also intricate at the same time. I'm sure it was made with every dedication to art someone could have.

Okay, so My Lappie's Busted and HIATUS

Right... just like the title said.
Since December 10th, my Laptop was declared broken down, and by the next week, the service center called and said that all the data couldn't be salvaged. I didn't cry or broke into tears, I saw that coming, seriously. Besides, I've been through the same thing like three times before. First, my VAIO, and then the same VAIO with replaced harddisk, and the TOSHIBA was even worse. My ACER was the third one, and luckily, the harddisk replacement was completely FREE!! Thanks to the extended warranty bonus I got when I bought it! (no promotion intended)
Well, maybe it's time to start anew, with new harddisk and Intuos pen-tablet (it might not be coincidence that my lappie's broke down shortly after I got Intuos). I was sad that all my artworks data (PSD file) couldn't be salvaged, but I still have the masters in sketchbook, so I'm not all that sad. Soon, I'll have to start collecting the movies and pictures I'd lost. Right now, it's resting peacefully in my room back in my home sweet home.
Oh, right, I'll be in hiatus through January since I have this integrative-class-something-something (I'm not sure how should I put it). So, I'm not going home this holiday, but stuck in someplace faraway and secluded. For college students in Indonesia may be familiar with what we call 'KKN' (Kuliah Kerja Nyata). So, yeah... that's what I'll be doing, starting January 8th. There won't be internet connection, and maybe we'll have some electricy problem. So... yeah... just like that.
Oh, and also, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014 for us all!!
May this new year bring us new dawn and resolution!! Love y'all!!

DEAR, CANVAS RANGER SECRET SANTA

Dear, CANVAS RANGER Secret Santa...
Setahun ini Noriko dan Noel berusaha jadi anak yang baik. Noriko dan Noel ingin kado, tapi kami tau kami adalah bagian dari Canvas Ranger, yang tandanya kami mungkin mendapatkan hadiah dari musuhku.
Tapi tetap kabulkanlah permintaanku, yaitu :
...jika aku mendapat dari OC musuh cewe. Aku ingin OCku mendapatkan BONEKA TEDDY BEAR RAKSASA dari OC santa di Depan Suatu Kafe
...jika aku mendapat dari OC musuh cowo. Aku ingin OCku sedang KARAOKEAN JERIT-JERIT bersama OC santa di Panggung suatu Kafe

I got an Intuos!!

Omigod... omigod... OMIGOD!!
I can't believe it myself when my father walk into my room one morning (well, Sunday 27 exactly) and brought me a WACOM INTUOS 5 tablet!! All still packed with this cute box!! What the HELL?!
Well... yeah... I did tell him about Cintiq and Sentip some other day, and he probably get some out of it. Cintiq and Sentip are just too damn pricey, I know, he know, everyone knows. I still want it, though, but it won't happen to me in like... I don't know...
Anyway... from now on, I'll keep training to master this Intuos. It's sleek, it's pretty, it's neat, but very hard to master, I must say. This time around, I can only manage to do a sketch, not even close to a lineart...
but I'll keep fighting!!
By the way... I really want to change the pen holder and pen ring into red... they're cute!!
